  • How do I get tickets?

Catering & Facilities

  • Can I bring my own catering?

    No — external catering is not permitted. Encore’s event team will work with you to provide fresh seasonal menu options tailored to your event.

  • Is the venue licensed?

    Yes — Encore Events Centre is fully licensed. All food and beverage services are provided in‑house.

  • What facilities are onsite?
    • - Fully accessible venue with disability access

    Encore offers a wide range of spaces, including: 

    • - Auditorium: Seats up to 830+ people theatre style
    • - Whole venue hire: Up to 1,000 people
    • - Function rooms (multiple): Up to 85 per room or combined larger spaces
    • - Meeting rooms: Up to 3 rooms for up to 40 people each
    • - Foyer: Flexible space for up to 300 people
  • Can meeting or function rooms be reconfigured?

    Yes — movable walls allow different layouts for various event styles including theatre, boardroom, banquet, and cocktail formats.
